Karam Jindal, played by Anupam Kher is one of the wealthiest businessmens in London, living with his wife Sandhya, played by Rati Agnihotri. She gives birth to two daughters Sanam and Anjali. Karam Jindal being one of the most respected and successful industrialist, wants his daughters to marry someone of such a status too. His daughter Anjali gets married to a boy that her father approves of. Sanam, played by Shriya Saran, is still on the lookout for someone that she can love. Meanwhile Karam is turning 60 and his family is throwing him a grand birthday party. But little does he know that in a few days he will have to bid his family goodbye.

 

Karam comes home one day with a boy named Rohan, played by Aftab Shivdasani, and claims that he will be staying with them. Sanam meanwhile gets very close to Rohan and falls in love with him. She tells Karam that show would like to marry Rohan. On hearing this Karam gets furious and tells her to forget him. Marrying him is never going to be possible. What only Karam and Rohan know is that the latter is death come to earth in form of a human being to take Karam away.

 

The movie is directed by Anupam Sinha and produced by Vibha Bhatnagar and Meenu Bachan. The story is written by Jeetu Arora and Anubhav Sinha. The music is composed by Himesh Reshammiya.
