Harshad Chopda and Sufi Motiwala another contestant were in tears listening to Ram Kapoor. Host Riteish Deshmukh and Farah Khan hugged Ram comforting him that they are proud of him for the fact that he could share this secret after keeping within him for 40 years.
A few days before after the reality TV show began, Akanksha Chamola made a shocking revelation that she is bi-sexual and that before she tied the knot with the famous television personality Gaurav Khanna, she had confessed to him and that he was very open minded about it and had understood her feelings. He had accepted it gracefully. Incidentally whenever any conversation surrounds about sexuality, it is often met with wide eyes and hesitation. Her candid response to her bisexuality with a direct approach itself had helped him with his acceptance.
Sufi Motiwala also opened about his emotional reality on the coming out of the gay individual in India. He spoke about the family expectations and acceptance and it takes a great deal for the parents to accept and the process is really very sensitive in reality. He asked, to just think about a gay and when someone discovers that they are gay, it takes them 10 or 12 years themselves to accept it and then you go to your parents and disclose the worst fears, they inevitably would need their own time to accept and process it in their thoughts and in their life, said Motiwala.
