Hrithik Roshan has wrapped up the shooting for his cameo appearance in the much-awaited Rajnikanth’s Jailer 2. The shoot was alongside the megastar Rajnikanth over 2-day schedule in Chennai. The moment between the North and South Powerhouses, Hrithik Roshan and Rajnikant turned out to be a nostalgic experience during the shoot and their solidarity on the screen will be something to watch out for. Nelson Dilipkumar has designed something larger than life character for Hrithik Roshan in the film Jailer 2. He has a very strong introductory base leading to the combination scene with Rajnikant and the entire episode is said to become a major highlight of the film Jailer 2 revealed a source.

Adding further about the role that Hrithik Roshan is playing in the film, the shoot was for just 2 days, 22nd and 23rd June in Chennai but as expected its impressive and is designed to receive lot of whistles and claps from the audience in the theatres. 

Hrithik Roshan’s cameo is a key juncture in the film and will contribute majorly in taking the story forward. He will be portraying a distinct look in the film and the same is kept under wraps with a tight security around on the sets with a no phone policy as the makers wanted to completely avoid any kind of leaks. 

The reunion for Hrithik and Rajnikant as they relieve of their earlier days, the epic is a 40-year reunion for both the stalwarts of the film industry . They last show for Bhagwaan Dada in 1986 and since then have been caught up with their own lives. Hrithik Roshan has his utmost respect for the senior actor as he is actually the first actor he worked with as a child artist back in the 80’s. Hrithik was humbled that mega star was going to be sharing the screen with him even if it was for just the two days shooting.

Hrithik himself no less than a Greek God of Bollywood humbly touched the feet of Rajinikanth upon his arrival . He was humbled by his presence and expressed his nervousness before giving the first show. Both actors received praise from director Nelson and that it was a delight to have them sharing the screen with the onlookers on the sets waiting to see two superstars come alive on the screen.

 The duo also discussed their personal lives while they were on the sets together, which was very heartwarming.

Jailer 2 is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated films on the horizon lately. Written and directed by Nelson Dilip Kumar, it is produced by Kalanithi Maran under Sun Pictures.
