Akanksha Sharma

Mother is Sakshi Sharma and she has a brother, Dhruv Sharma Her father’s name is not known. 

Akanksha Sharma has B A Honors in English from Delhi University, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)degree in English from Indraprastha University in 2017-2019. She holds a master’s degree in English literature, Delhi University and from International Development from the University of Sussex and did super specialization from Harvard University. She has worked on various projects on International development issues which included poverty, health, education, environment and climatic conditions. She is also experienced in fields like gender, post conflict development, governance and sustainability.

Akanksha is a specialist in English language Proficiency course from the Institute of Lifelong Learning, Delhi University. Her journey through her education and career showcases her commitment to both academic which she has excelled along with her professional development. 

In 2022, Akanksha Sharma made her debut in the film world with the Kannada film Trivikram in which she essayed the lead role of Trisha opposite actor Vikram Ravichandran. This film had marked her entry into the main stream cinema from the music videos . However, she had continued to gain popularity in her music videos including that of Pscho with Hardy Sandhu in 2023, and she was gearing up for a big breakthrough in Bollywood and in South Indian films.

Akanksha has signed up for four big film projects such as Tera Yaar Hoon, directed by Milap Zaveri and a historical action film Kesari Veer with Suniel Shetty, Vivek Oberoi and Sooraj Pancholi. The film released on February 14^th 2025. Alongside of Kannada and Hindi films, she also debuted in Telugu films, a romantic film Laila. Her career growing steadfast in films, advertising commercials and music, Akanksha has established herself as one of the fastest rising stars in the Indian entertainment industry. Thus, proving herself that it's not just her pretty face, but she is an artist with a bright future with her hard work and dedication that she is achieving it all at a young age.
