Is a 2018 comedy horror film directed by Amar Kaushik, produced by Dinesh Vijan and Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK under the banner of Maddock Films in association with D2RFilms for Reliance Jio Studios.
The story is based on the Urban legend Nale Ba, a spirit that knocks on the doors of people’s homes at night. The town which is held in a grip of terror by a mysterious woman who calls the men by their first name and then abducts them only to leave behind their clothes gives you a gripping scene after scene with some note of humour.
Starring Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor in the leading role. Starring also in the film are Pankaj Tripathi , Aparshakti Khurrana and Abhishek Banerjee in supporting roles.
Stree has emerged as a successful commercial film with a positive review from the film critics.
