“Street Dancer 3D” is a 2020 Hindi language dance drama film that was directed by Remo D’Souza and produced under T-Series and R. D. Entertainment. It is one of the films in the series of dance movies by Remo D’Souza and for this film, Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kappor, Prabhu Deva, Raghav Juyal, Punit Pathak, Dharmesh Yelande and Salman Yusuf Khan have acted.
It is shot in London. “Shej” (Varun Dhawan) and “Inayat” (Shraddha Kpoor) are two passionate dancers coming from rival dance teams from India and Pakistan. The teams always try to outdo each other and prove themselves as the best. The competition heats up when both groups choose to participate in Ground Zero, one of the world’s biggest dance competitions.
Battles would get hotter only to expose people’s personal weaknesses and harshest realities in the fight. Inayat and her gang have joined to win a coveted competition with very noble goals-behind it are illegal immigrants, stranded, penniless in the streets of London and Belonging to South Asia. On realizing this about Sahej, the difficulty arises on making a decision-hold the duel or come up together with the opponents for a bigger cause?
Under the guidance of “Anna” (Prabhu Deva), a veteran dancer and coach, the two teams slowly start to forget their differences and join hands. The common goal drives them to train harder, break barriers and perform as one entity at Ground Zero. What started as a dance rivalry now transforms into a battle for humanity, this time proving that dance can unite people beyond borders.
